Warranty Policy and Controls
The warranty period varies according to the products and is as follows
1- Small Hatcheries (180/240/300/500/48/98 eggs)
One year warranty on all parts of the electric incubator, and the customer can, in the event of a malfunction, God forbid, communicate meaning and provide us with details of the holidays.
2- Sending the broken piece to the customer and he will install it. In this case, we bear the value of the pieces and the customer bears the value of delivery and installation, if any.
3- A two-year guarantee of free maintenance at the headquarters, and in the period following the first year, we pledge to provide free maintenance and include only installation fees, while the value of parts or delivery is borne by the customer

Large Hatcheries (880/1056/1584/2112 eggs)
1- One year warranty on all parts of the electric incubator, and the customer can, in the event of a malfunction, God forbid, communicate meaning and provide us with the details of the holidays.
2- Sending the broken piece to the customer, after fulfilling the free pieces that come with the incubator, and the customer bears the transportation and installation fees, if any, while the value of the piece is free
3- A two-year guarantee of free maintenance at the headquarters, and in the period following the first year, we pledge to provide free maintenance and include only installation fees, while the value of parts or delivery is borne by the customer

The warranty does not include misuse, breakage or damage to the device due to factors outside the normal conditions, for example, but not limited to high voltage
